SOMERSET PLACE 

Somerset Place is a high end residential project in Bath where there are several houses being fitted to the same specification. As the houses are being purchased they are being installed so all products have had to be phased on this. We worked with the consultant and architect to ensure all parties were being catered for - cost wise but not compromising on the specification or style of fittings being proposed. The design and specification had to be thought out carefully as to ensure it would encounter for everyone's taste. Therefore low key seemed to be the way forward - In some cases even the effect of invisible light was incorporated.
