MITIE electrical engineering first contacted us with a view to supplying minimum product where we were named as suppliers. After being found to be competitive on the prices we originally offered we were then offered an opportunity of developing a scheme with them, for the whole project. We introduced our own lighting range at the time being the KATHAN “Contract” range, to ensure that our offer was in keeping with a traditional design and build contract, whist ensuring that TRILUX lighting was used for all classrooms and corridors, and other front of house areas, By doing this we ensured that the project was successful in keeping within the stated budgets and delivery periods, whist giving the Withywood area a first rate learning facility to be proud of.
